Cucumber Crunch
1 large cucumber, thinly sliced
1 tsp rice vinegar or lemon juice
Pinch of salt
1 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions
1. Make the Cucumber Crunch
Toss cucumber with vinegar, salt, and sesame seeds.

Pour into pan; simmer 2–3 minutes.
