Salt & black pepper, to taste
Zest of ½ lemon
Sauce & Cheese
3 tbsp basil pesto (store-bought or homemade)
1 large burrata (120–150 g), torn
¼ cup grated mozzarella (optional, for extra melt)
Finish
Fresh mint leaves, torn
Fresh basil (optional)
Extra virgin olive oil, drizzle

Instructions
1. Cook the Lamb
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic; sauté 30 seconds.
Add lamb, cumin, oregano, salt, pepper, and lemon zest.
Cook 5–7 minutes, breaking up meat, until just browned and juicy. Set aside.
2. Prepare the Pizza
Preheat oven to 230°C (450°F) (use a pizza stone if you have one).
Place pizza base on a tray or stone.
Spread pesto evenly, leaving a small border.
Scatter lamb over the pesto.
Add mozzarella if using.
3. Bake
Bake 10–12 minutes until crust is crisp and cheese melts.
4. Finish & Serve
Tear burrata over the hot pizza.
Add fresh mint (and basil).
