Instructions
1. Preheat Oven
Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F if finishing frittata in the oven.
Alternatively, it can be cooked entirely on the stovetop.
2. Prepare Egg Mixture
In a large bowl, whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.

3. Cook Frittata
Stovetop Method:
