2 cups rolled oats

2 large eggs
⅓ cup maple syrup or honey
2 tbsp olive oil
Zest of 1 large lemon
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1½ tsp baking powder

¼ tsp salt
1½ cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)

Instructions
Preheat Oven
Preheat to 180°C / 350°F. Lightly grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
