Ingredients

Chicken

2 large chicken breasts, thinly sliced

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp smoked paprika

½ tsp cumin

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

Salt & black pepper, to taste

Wrap Fillings

4 large flour or whole-wheat tortillas

1 cup romaine or iceberg lettuce, shredded

½ cup corn (grilled or canned, drained)

½ cup black beans, rinsed

½ red bell pepper, sliced

1 avocado, sliced

¼ cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack

Creamy Southwest Sauce

½ cup Greek yogurt (or sour cream)

Juice of ½ lime

1 tbsp olive oil

½ tsp smoked paprika

Salt to taste

Instructions

Season & Cook Chicken
Toss chicken with olive oil, spices, salt, and pepper.
Cook in a hot skillet or grill pan 5–6 minutes, stirring, until golden and cooked through. Rest briefly.

Make the Sauce
Whisk yogurt, lime juice, olive oil, smoked paprika, and salt until smooth.

Warm Tortillas
Heat tortillas in a dry pan or microwave until soft.

Assemble Wraps
Spread sauce on each tortilla.
Layer lettuce, chicken, corn, beans, pepper, avocado, and cheese.

Fold sides in and roll tightly. Slice in half.
