Crispy Flatbread with Brie, Cranberries & Roasted Walnuts
Ingredients
For the Flatbread Base: Ingredients
2 store-bought flatbreads or naan
1 tbsp olive oil
For the Toppings:
4 oz (115g) Brie cheese, sliced or torn into pieces
½ cup dried cranberries
½ cup roasted walnuts, roughly chopped
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
Optional: arugula or baby spinach for garnish
Directions
Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare Flatbread: Brush flatbreads lightly with olive oil and place on the baking sheet.
Add Toppings: Evenly distribute Brie, cranberries, and roasted walnuts on top of each flatbread. Sprinkle with thyme leaves.
Bake: Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the Brie is melted and flatbread is crispy and golden at the edges.
Finish: Drizzle lightly with honey or maple syrup. Add fresh arugula or baby spinach if desired. Slice into pieces and serve warm.
