Instructions

1. Roast the Baby Potatoes

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Toss baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and rosemary.

2. Prepare Grilled Chicken

Brush chicken breasts with olive oil and season with oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium-high heat.

Grill chicken for 5–6 minutes per side, until fully cooked (internal temp 74°C / 165°F).

Let rest 5 minutes, then slice.

3. Cook Garlic Cream Penne

Cook pasta according to package instructions; reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.

Stir in Parmesan, season with salt and pepper.

Toss cooked pasta in the cream sauce, adding reserved pasta water if needed to loosen sauce.
