For Topping

½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 tablespoons breadcrumbs

Instructions

1. Preheat Oven & Cook Pasta

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

Cook fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. Cook Chicken & Broccoli

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Season diced chicken with salt and pepper. Sauté until lightly golden and cooked through (5–7 minutes).

Blanch broccoli florets in boiling water for 2–3 minutes, then drain.

3. Prepare Cream Sauce

In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
