Instructions
1. Cook the Filling

2. Assemble the Egg Rolls
Place an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface (diamond shape).
Spoon 2 tablespoons of filling near the bottom corner.
Fold bottom corner over filling, fold in sides, and roll tightly.

Repeat with remaining filling.
