300 g pasta (fettuccine, penne, or linguine)
Salted water for boiling
Steak
250 g steak (sirloin or ribeye), sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt & black pepper
Shrimp
200 g shrimp, peeled & deveined
Salt & black pepper
Creamy Sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup cooking cream (or half milk + half cream)
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
¼ cup reserved pasta water

Instructions
1. Cook the Pasta
Boil pasta in salted water until al dente.
Reserve ¼ cup pasta water, then drain.
2. Cook the Steak
Heat olive oil in a hot pan.
Season steak with salt & pepper.
Sear 2–3 minutes per side until browned and juicy.
Remove and rest.
3. Cook the Shrimp
In the same pan, add shrimp.
Cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink.
Remove and set aside.
4. Make the Creamy Sauce
Lower heat; add butter and garlic.
Saute 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add cream, black pepper, nutmeg, and pasta water.
Simmer 3–4 minutes.
Stir in Parmesan until smooth.
5. Combine Everything
Add pasta, steak, and shrimp to the sauce.
Toss gently until coated and creamy.
