Ingredients

Avocado

1–2 ripe avocados, sliced

Squeeze of lemon juice

Pinch of salt

Tomatoes

2–3 medium ripe tomatoes, sliced

Optional: cherry tomatoes for extra color

Cheese

125 g fresh mozzarella or burrata

Optional: shredded mozzarella for light melting

Garnish & Dressing

Fresh basil leaves

1–2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon balsamic glaze or reduction

Freshly cracked black pepper

Pinch of salt

Instructions

1️⃣ Prep the Ingredients

Slice avocado and tomatoes.

Tear or slice mozzarella into pieces.

2️⃣ Assemble the Platter

Arrange alternating layers of avocado, tomato, and mozzarella on a serving plate.

Tuck basil leaves between layers for freshness.

3️⃣ Dress & Serve

Drizzle olive oil and balsamic glaze over the platter.

Sprinkle with salt and freshly cracked black pepper.

Optional: briefly melt cheese under a broiler for a warm version.
