Carnivore Sheet-Pan Pizza

Carnivore Sheet-Pan Pizza (Bakery-Style)

This Carnivore Sheet-Pan Pizza is thick, soft, and deeply satisfying, delivering all the comfort of bakery-style pizza without flour, grains, or tomato sauce. Made entirely from meat, eggs, and cheese, it’s extremely high in protein and perfect for family meals or meal prep. The crust holds together beautifully, slices cleanly, and stays moist inside with lightly crisp edges.

Yield

Makes 1 large sheet-pan pizza (8–10 slices)
Total time: 35–40 minutes

 Ingredients

Meat Crust (Thick & Soft)

  • 2 lbs (900 g) ground chicken or turkey for a lighter crust
(or 80/20 ground beef for richer flavor)

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan

  • 1 teaspoon salt (optional)

Carnivore “Sauce” Layer (Optional but Recommended)
Choose one:

  • ½–¾ cup strained plain yogurt

  • ½ cup heavy cream mixed with 1 egg yolk

  • Melted cheddar blended with cream cheese

Toppings

  • 1½–2 cups shredded mozzarella

  • 12–16 oz cooked ground beef or sausage

  • Optional: pepperoni, bacon bits, or extra cheese

 Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (205°C). Line a rimmed sheet pan with parchment paper to prevent sticking and ensure easy removal.

In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, eggs, mozzarella, Parmesan, and salt. Mix thoroughly using your hands until fully blended. The mixture should be cohesive and slightly sticky.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared sheet pan. Press it firmly and evenly into the pan, making sure it reaches all corners. Aim for about ½-inch thickness. Compacting the crust well is key to achieving clean slices.

Bake the crust for 18–20 minutes until fully cooked and lightly golden on top. It should feel firm when touched. Carefully drain off any excess fat to keep the pizza from becoming greasy.

Spread a thin, even layer of your chosen carnivore “sauce” over the crust. This adds moisture and gives a classic pizza appearance without using tomato sauce. Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over the top, then add the cooked meat. Finish with extra cheese or optional toppings if desired.

Return the pan to the oven and bake for another 10–15 minutes, until the cheese is melted, bubbling, and lightly golden.

Remove from the oven and let rest for 5–7 minutes before slicing. This allows the pizza to set, making it easier to cut and serve. Enjoy hot, satisfying slices of pure carnivore comfort.
