4 large flour tortillas (or whole-wheat)
½ cup ranch dressing (Mediterranean-friendly, light)
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
½ cup cucumber, finely chopped
¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
½ cup shredded mozzarella or feta (optional)

1️⃣ Cook the Chicken
1. Toss chicken with olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
2. Heat a pan or grill over medium heat
3. Cook chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden and juicy. Rest, then slice.
2️⃣ Make the Avocado Sauce
Blend avocado, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and water until smooth and creamy.
Adjust thickness with more water if needed.
3️⃣ Assemble the Burritos
1. Warm tortillas lightly.
