Air Fryer BBQ Little Smokies

BBQ air fryer A quicker take on the traditional party appetiser, Little Smokies are dipped in BBQ sauce and sprinkled with brown sugar! These delicious little sausages come up plump and juicy in a matter of minutes since I cook them directly in the air fryer!
  1. One 12-oz package of Little Smokies sausages contains:
  2. ¼ cup BBQ sauce
  3. 2 tablespoons brown sugar


  1. Put the Little Smokies sausages in the basket of your air fryer and cook for five minutes at 350°F/175°C.
  2. Shake or flip the Little Smokies once the five minutes are over. After giving them a quick coat of BBQ sauce, dust the coated cocktail sausages with brown sugar.
  3. Let the sugar caramelise for a further three to five minutes of cooking.
  4. When finished, remove from your air fryer and serve right away.


  • Five Little Smokies make up a plate.
  • If you’re serving the sausages as finger food, put a toothpick in each one for ease.
