AIR FRYER BREAD

AIR FRYER BREAD

The process of making bread in an air fryer is really simple. This straightforward recipe yields a loaf of bread that is ideal in every way, with a crust that is golden in colour and a light and fluffy inside.

Ingredients:

  1. Active dry yeast, two and a half tablespoons, one package
  2. 1/4 cup of warm water
  3. Two cups of flour for all purposes
  4. 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
  5. half a teaspoon of salt
  6. half a cup of mil
  7. 2 tablespoons of butter on a softened, unsalted basi
  8. Egg Washing

Instructions:

  1. The yeast should be added to a basin that contains warm water. Spend around three to five minutes allowing the yeast to rest in the heated water
  2. After the yeast has been active, the flour, sugar, milk, butter, and salt should be added to the mixture. Combine the ingredients by gently folding them together until they are completely incorporated and the mixture has a small flaky texture
  3. A ball should be formed from the dough after it has been turned out onto a surface that has been dusted with flour and kneaded until it is smooth
  4. The ball of dough should be placed within the basket of the air fryer, and then it should be wrapped in either plastic wrap or a clean kitchen towel. For around half an hour, the dough should be let to rest until it has doubled in size
  5. An egg wash should be used to brush the top of the loaf. The bread should be air-fried at a temperature of 320 degrees Fahrenheit for eight to ten minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
