Chicken nibbles cooked in an air fryer take only ten minutes! You can serve these mini air fryer chicken nuggets with spaghetti, a salad, or just your preferred dipping sauce.
Ingredients:
- One-inch cubes made from an eight-ounce chicken breast
- One tsp olive oil
- one-half teaspoon of paprika
- One-half teaspoon of onion powder
- One-half teaspoon of powdered garlic
- One Tablespoon cornflour and a ¼ teaspoon salt
- Olive oil to be sprayed or brushed over the basket
Directions;
- Set the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit for five minutes.
- Cube the chicken into one-inch pieces and transfer it to a big basin. Add salt, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and olive oil. Shake to coat the chicken with seasonings.
- Stir in cornflour. Mix until cornflour is applied to all of the chicken pieces.
- Oil can be sprayed or brushed onto the air fryer basket. Add a single layer of chicken bits.
- Cook at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 8 to 10 minutes, tossing after 5 minutes.
- Take out of the air fryer and eat however you like.
Notes:
- Cooking time will vary depending on the size of your chicken chop. You might need to modify the cooking times if your cuts are bigger or smaller than 1 inch.
- You are welcome to omit the cornflour. Although it tastes great without, I do like the slight texture it adds to the chicken bits.
- Depending on how you use them, the chicken bites will serve one or two people. Doubling the recipe is also a simple task.
