AIR FRYER CHICKEN BITES

Chicken nibbles cooked in an air fryer take only ten minutes! You can serve these mini air fryer chicken nuggets with spaghetti, a salad, or just your preferred dipping sauce.

Ingredients:

  1. One-inch cubes made from an eight-ounce chicken breast
  2. One tsp olive oil
  3. one-half teaspoon of paprika
  4. One-half teaspoon of onion powder
  5. One-half teaspoon of powdered garlic
  6. One Tablespoon cornflour and a ¼ teaspoon salt
  7. Olive oil to be sprayed or brushed over the basket

Directions;

  1. Set the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit for five minutes.
  2. Cube the chicken into one-inch pieces and transfer it to a big basin. Add salt, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and olive oil. Shake to coat the chicken with seasonings.
  3. Stir in cornflour. Mix until cornflour is applied to all of the chicken pieces.
  4. Oil can be sprayed or brushed onto the air fryer basket. Add a single layer of chicken bits.
  5. Cook at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 8 to 10 minutes, tossing after 5 minutes.
  6. Take out of the air fryer and eat however you like.

Notes:

  • Cooking time will vary depending on the size of your chicken chop. You might need to modify the cooking times if your cuts are bigger or smaller than 1 inch.
  • You are welcome to omit the cornflour. Although it tastes great without, I do like the slight texture it adds to the chicken bits.
  • Depending on how you use them, the chicken bites will serve one or two people. Doubling the recipe is also a simple task.
