½ cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Olive oil spray

Instructions
Step 1: Prep Mushrooms
Clean mushrooms with a damp cloth (avoid soaking in water).
Pat dry thoroughly.
Step 2: Breading Station
Place flour in one bowl.
Whisk eggs in a second bowl.
In a third bowl, mix breadcrumbs, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Step 3: Bread Mushrooms
Dredge each mushroom in flour, shaking off excess.
Dip in egg wash.
Roll in seasoned breadcrumbs, pressing lightly to coat.
Step 4: Air Fry
Preheat air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
Arrange breaded mushrooms in a single layer (work in batches if needed).
Spray lightly with olive oil spray.
Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking basket halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
