AIR FRYER GARLIC PARMESAN POTATOES

The exterior of air-fried garlic parmesan potatoes is crispy, but the interior remains soft. These taste amazing because of the garlic parmesan seasoning! The process of making air fryer potatoes is really simple and quick.

INGREDIENTS FOR AIR FRYER GARLIC PARMESAN POTATOES

  1. One pound of baby potatoes (or any other type*)
  2. ½ teaspoon salt and two to three tablespoons olive oil (or to taste)
  3. 1 ½ teaspoons of garlic powder
  4. ¼ teaspoon of pepper
  5. 1/4 teaspoon powdered onion
  6. ½ tsp paprika (you can use smoked paprika if you want more flavour)
  7. ½ teaspoon of Italian spice or dried basil leaves
  8. Two tablespoons of chopped parsley
  9. ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese (for garnish)

INSTRUCTIONS  FOR AIR FRYER GARLIC PARMESAN POTATOES

  1. After rinsing, use paper towels to pat the potatoes dry. Make sure everything dries completely. Put aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine the ingredients and olive oil.
  3. Mix in ¼ cup of the parmesan cheese.
  4. After adding the potatoes to the bowl, toss them around so the mixture coats them.
  5. Spread them out so they don’t touch when adding to the air fryer basket. They will get crisp instead of steaming in this manner.
    Preheat the oven to 400° F. Cook the potatoes for 15 minutes, turning or tossing them halfway through.
  6. If the potatoes are soft enough for you, test them with a toothpick or small knife. Otherwise, just shut the cover and continue cooking for a few more minutes.
  7. Transfer to a platter and top the warm potatoes with the leftover Parmesan and chopped parsley.
