Air Fryer Ribeye Steak with Herbed Butter

This recipe for Air Fryer Steak with Herbed Butter is perfect for a weeknight supper that is both sophisticated and easy to prepare. There are just nine components that are required, each of which includes fresh herbs, butter, and sirloin steak. Ingredients:

  1. Two fresh leaves of sage
  2. 1 tablespoon of thyme leaves that are fresh
  3. 1 ounce of butter that has been salted softened
  4. two Cloves of garlic
  5. 1 to 8 ounces of ribeye steaks a thickness of half an inch
  6. 1 tablespoon of avocado oil or any other oil that can withstand high temperatures, such as olive oil

Preparing the butter with the herbs:

  1. The sage leaves and the fresh thyme leaves should be chopped very finely. Next, chop the fresh garlic into small pieces.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, add the softened salted butter, freshly minced garlic, chopped sage and chopped thyme. Be sure to thoroughly blend the ingredients.
  3. Roll the butter with the herbs into a log by placing it in a plastic wrap and rolling it up. A chilling period of two hours should be spent in the refrigerator.

Cook the ribeye steaks as follows:

  2. Place the steak in the Air Fryer and cook for 7 to 8 minutes on 400 degrees Fahrenheit or until internal temperature reaches desired degree of doneness. ,
