AIR FRYER SIRLOIN STEAK

Recipe for Sirloin Steak Air Fryer. Using an air fryer to cook sirloin steak is quick and simple; in less than 12 minutes, you may enjoy a properly cooked, juicy, and tender steak. Accompany with air-fried veggies, diced potatoes, or any other preferred side dish.

INGREDIENTS FOR AIR FRYER SIRLOIN STEAK

  1. Two steaks of sirloin
  2. One tablespoon of rub for steak
  3. Two tsp salt, to taste Olive oil

GUIDELINES FOR AIR FRYER SIRLOIN STEAK

  1. Use paper towels to gently pat the steaks dry.
  2. Lightly coat each side of the steaks with olive oil, then evenly distribute the steak rub, making sure to coat every surface.
  3. Put the steaks in a single layer within the air fryer basket.
  4. For 10–12 minutes, air fried a sirloin steak at 200°C/400°F. Halfway through cooking, turn the steak over with a tong.
  5. After removing them from the basket, give them some time to rest before slicing into them.

Notes:

  • Before seasoning, let the steak come to room temperature.
  • Before adding steak rub or salt and pepper to the steaks, pat them dry.
  • You can use any high-quality dry rub to season the steak.
  • Allow it set for at least five minutes after seasoning, then air fried.
  • The steak should not be stacked in the air fryer. Put everything on one layer. You should cook in batches if you are preparing more food than the air fryer can hold.
  • After cooking, let the steak a few minutes to rest before slicing and serving.
  • Cook the steak for 14 minutes if it’s well done. 12 minutes for medium well, 10 minutes for medium, and 6 to 8 minutes for rare.
  • You may need to make adjustments for different types, brands, sizes, and wattage of air fryers.
