Air Fryer Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms
This is a tasty dish for Portobello Mushrooms
ingredients.
- 4 huge Portobello mushrooms
- One cup of cooked rice or quinoa
- Half a cup of chopped bell peppers, any colour
- Half a cup chopped onion and two minced garlic cloves
- Grated Parmesan cheese, half a cup
- 1/4 cup of freshly chopped parsley
- To taste, add salt and pepper.
- Using olive oil to brush
Directions:
- Set your air fryer’s temperature for a few minutes at 375°F (190°C).
- After cleaning, cut off the stems from the Portobello mushrooms. The hollow side should be facing up when you place them on a chopping board.
- The cooked quinoa or rice, diced onion, diced bell peppers, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper should all be combined in a mixing dish. Toss to blend thoroughly.
- Pack the rice or quinoa mixture into each Portobello mushroom, being sure to gently push it down.

- Make sure the filled mushrooms are not touching when you place them in the air fryer basket or on the air fryer tray.
- The stuffed mushrooms should be air-fried for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the filling is well cooked and the mushrooms are soft.
- When the filled mushrooms are finished, take them out of the air fryer and serve them hot.
- Before serving, feel free to add some more chopped parsley or grated Parmesan cheese as a garnish.
