Air Fryer Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms

This is a tasty dish for Portobello Mushrooms


  1. 4 huge Portobello mushrooms
  2. One cup of cooked rice or quinoa
  3. Half a cup of chopped bell peppers, any colour
  4. Half a cup chopped onion and two minced garlic cloves
  5. Grated Parmesan cheese, half a cup
