Ingredients:

  3. Parmesan Cheese: 1/4 cup of grated (
  4. Flour: 1/4 cup, or around 30 grams
  5. Melted butter, 2 tablespoons (or 30 milliliters)
  6. One teaspoon (about five milliliters) of baking powder
  7. Salt: half a teaspoon (2.5 milliliters)
  8. For 1/4 cup (or approximately 25 grams) of chopped green onions
  9. For the garnish, chop some fresh parsley.
  10. Optional garnish: red pepper flakes

Directions:

Heat up and get ready:
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) to start. Lightly grease a nine by nine-inch baking dish.
