Best Strawberry Cake Ever
Ingredients
: 1 box (18.25 ounces) of white cake mix
Four big eggs
One package of 3 ounces of strawberry-flavored instant gelatin
One container of thawed and blended frozen strawberries in syrup (15 ounces)
one-fourth cup water
one-half cup of vegetable oil
Regarding the frosting:
Seven cups of powdered sugar
One container (8 ounces) of softened cream cheese
1/4 cup of butter, softened
One container of thawed and blended frozen strawberries in syrup (10 ounces)
Half a teaspoon of extract from strawberries
1. Set the oven temperature to 175°C, or 350°F. Butter and dust two 9-inch circular cake pans.
2. Combine cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, water, pureed strawberries, and strawberry gelatin in a mixing dish. Blend thoroughly.
Fill the cake pans with batter, and bake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the centre of the cake comes out clean.
4. Beat cream cheese and softened butter together until creamy to make the frosting.
Incorporate 1/4 cup of pureed strawberries and strawberry essence into the cream cheese blend. Stir until well blended.
Add confectioners’ sugar gradually and beat until creamy and smooth.
6. Apply the strawberry cream cheese frosting to the cake when the cake layers have cooled.
7. You might choose to add some freshly cut strawberries as a garnish.
8. Present your delectable strawberry cake and savour it!
