Instructions
1. Prep Chicken:
Butterfly the chicken breasts and cut them in half to make 4 thin fillets.
Place each piece between plastic wrap and gently pound with a mallet to an even thickness (about ¼ inch).

Cheddar cheese

3. Stuff and Roll:
