Ingredients
200–250 g spaghetti
2 chicken breasts, sliced
2 cups broccoli florets
1 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
½ cup Greek Yogurt or light cream
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
½ tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper
½ cup reserved pasta water

Instructions
1. Cook Spaghetti
Boil spaghetti according to package instructions.
Add broccoli in the last 3–4 minutes of cooking.
Reserve some pasta water, then drain.
2. Cook Chicken

Cook chicken for 6–7 minutes until golden and fully cooked.
Remove and set aside.
3. Make Sauce
In the same pan, sauté garlic for 1 minute.
Add yogurt (or cream), parmesan, seasoning, salt, and pepper.
