Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I make it ahead?
A: Assemble just before serving to keep bread crisp. You can prep toppings in advance.

Q: Can I use mozzarella instead of burrata?
A: Yes, but burrata is creamier and more indulgent. Fresh mozzarella is a good substitute.

Q: How to make balsamic glaze at home?
A: Simmer ½ cup balsamic vinegar with 1 tbsp honey until thickened (10 minutes).
