1 large zucchini

2 peppers, cut into cubes

1 carrot, peeled and diced

1 onion, chopped

60 grams of light cheese, cubed

60 grams of grated Parmigiano cheese

5 eggs

A drizzle of extra virgin olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

For the sauce:

100 grams of plain yogurt

1 cucumber, trimmed and grated

1 clove of garlic

Enough chopped dill
