Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Steak

1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Season the thinly sliced steak with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

3. Add the steak to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until browned.

4. Remove from heat and let it rest for a minute, then chop it into small bite-sized pieces.

Step 2: Saute the Vegetables

5. In the same skillet, add a little more oil if needed, then saute the onions, bell peppers, and garlic until softened (about 3-4 minutes).

Step 3: Mix the Dip
