3–4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil

Broccoli Cheese Filling
1½ cups broccoli florets, finely chopped
¾ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or mix)
2 tablespoons cream cheese or Greek yogurt
1 small garlic clove, grated

Instructions
1. Prepare Chicken
Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
Slice a deep pocket horizontally into each chicken breast (don’t cut through).
Season chicken inside and out with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
2. Make Filling
Steam broccoli 2–3 minutes until just tender.
Mix broccoli with shredded cheese, cream cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper.
3. Stuff the Chicken
Spoon filling into chicken pockets.
Secure with toothpicks if needed.
4. Bake
Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
Sear chicken 2–3 minutes per side until lightly golden.
Transfer skillet to oven and bake 20–25 minutes, until cooked through (74°C / 165°F).
5. Serve
Rest 5 minutes, remove toothpicks, and serve warm.
