These Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps are packed with juicy, seasoned chicken, melted cheese, and a garlicky sauce, all wrapped in a crispy tortilla. They make a perfect quick lunch or dinner and can be customized with your favorite veggies and sauces.

Ingredients

(Makes 2 Wraps)

For the Chicken:

1 large chicken breast (or 2 small, about 6-8 oz)

1 teaspoon olive oil

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon paprika

¼ teaspoon Italian seasoning

For the Garlic Sauce:

2 cloves garlic (minced)

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

For the Wraps:

2 large tortillas or wraps

½ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese

¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

¼ cup chopped spinach or arugula (optional)

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Cook the Chicken:

1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

2. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and Italian seasoning.

3. Cook for 5-6 minutes per side, until golden brown and fully cooked (internal temp of 165°F / 75°C).

4. Remove from heat, let rest for 5 minutes, then slice or shred.

2. Make the Garlic Sauce:

1. In the same skillet, melt butter over low heat.

2. Add minced garlic, salt, and red pepper flakes (if using).

3. Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly, until fragrant.

3.Assemble the wraps 

1. Lay the tortillas flat and sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan evenly.

2. Add the cooked chicken and drizzle with the garlic butter sauce.

3. Add chopped spinach or arugula if using.

4. Fold the tortilla over the filling and press gently.

4. Grill the Wraps:

1. Heat a dry pan over medium heat.

2. Place the wraps seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden and crispy.

3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before slicing.

5. Serve:

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with a side of ranch, garlic aioli, or marinara sauce.
