½ cup romaine lettuce, shredded

½ cup cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

4 large flour tortillas

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

For the Homemade Ranch Dressing: (or use store-bought)

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Total Time: 20 minutes (Prep: 10 min | Cook: 10 min)

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken

1. If using raw chicken, season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper, then cook in a skillet over medium heat for 6-8 minutes per side until fully cooked. Shred with two forks. (Skip this step if using pre-cooked rotisserie chicken.)

2. In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, buttermilk, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, salt, and black pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Step 3: Assemble the Burritos

3. Lay out a tortilla and spread 2 tablespoons of ranch dressing in the center.

4. Add shredded chicken, diced avocado, tomatoes, lettuce, and shredded cheese.

5. Fold in the sides, then roll tightly into a burrito.

Step 4: Toast the Burrito (Optional but Recommended)

6. Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with  olive oil

7. Place the burrito seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.

Step 5: Serve & Enjoy!

8. Slice in half and serve with extra ranch dressing or a side of salsa.

I’ve been using Movable-type on several websites for about a year and am worried about switching to another platform. I have heard very good things about blogengine.net. Is there a way I can transfer all my wordpress posts into it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
