2 medium chicken breasts

1 tbsp olive oil

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp dried oregano

4 large flour tortillas or whole-wheat wraps

3 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

½ cup Caesar dressing

¼ cup Parmesan cheese, shaved or grated

Optional: Croutons, slightly crushed, for extra crunch

Optional Homemade Caesar Dressing:

½ cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt

1½ tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1 small garlic clove, minced

2 anchovy fillets or ½ tsp anchovy paste

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken

Season chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.

Grill or pan-sear over medium heat for 4–5 minutes per side until fully cooked (internal temp: 74°C / 165°F).

Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice into thin strips.

(Optional) Make the Caesar Dressing

In a small bowl, whisk mayonnaise/yogurt, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic, anchovy paste, and Parmesan until smooth.

Season with salt & pepper.

Assemble the Wraps

Lay tortillas flat.

Spread a little Caesar dressing over each.

Add a layer of romaine lettuce, sliced chicken, Parmesan, and optional crushed croutons.

Drizzle more dressing on top.

Wrap and Serve

Fold in the sides and roll tightly like a burrito.

Slice in half and serve immediately.
