Chicken Pasta in Creamy Italian Sauce is a rich and comforting dish that combines tender, seasoned chicken with perfectly cooked pasta, all coated in a luscious, garlic-infused cream sauce. Ingredients:

For the Chicken:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into thin strips)

1 tsp Italian seasoning

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

2 tbsp olive oil

For the Sauce

3 tbsp cheese

4 cloves garlic (minced)

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup chicken broth

½ cup Parmesan cheese

½ tsp red pepper flakes

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt & pepper to taste

½ cup sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)

1 cup spinach (optional)

For the Pasta:

12 oz pasta (penne, fettuccine, or linguine)

½ cup pasta water (reserved from cooking)

Instructions:

1. Cook the Pasta:

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Cook pasta according to package instructions until aldente.

Reserve ½ cup of pasta water and drain the rest.

2. Cook the Chicken:

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Season the chicken with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Cook for 5–7 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.

3. Make the Creamy Sauce:

In the same pan, melt butter and saute garlic for 1 minute.

Add sun-dried tomatoes and cook for another minute.

Pour in chicken broth and let it simmer for 2 minutes.

Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Stir well.

4. Combine Everything:

Return the cooked chicken to the pan.

Add the pasta and mix well, adding a little pasta water if needed for a silky sauce.

Stir in spinach (if using) and cook for another 1–2 minutes until wilted.

5. Serve & Enjoy:

Garnish with extra Parmesan and fresh basil if desired.
