Ingredients:

100g button mushrooms, finely diced

1/2 cup low fat cream

1 tbsp olive oil
100g button mushrooms, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
3/4 cup low fat cream
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
Prepare the Chicken Patties:
In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the finely diced mushrooms and bacon, cooking until the mushrooms are softened and the bacon is crispy. Set aside to cool slightly.
In a large bowl, combine the chicken mince, sliced shallot, crushed garlic, breadcrumbs, and cream. Add the cooked mushroom and bacon mixture. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
Form the mixture into patties (about 4-6, depending on your preference).
