Chocolate Chip COOKIES NO SUGAR NO FLOUR
For everyone who believes that flour, or any grain, is required to make cookies, I have some exciting news to share with you. That is, wonderful cookies do not require any type of grain to be considered cookies. That’s great!!
This delectable recipe for Sugar Free Flour Free Chocolate Chip Cookies is gluten free, low carb, and keto friendly.

INGREDIENTS For Chocolate Chip COOKIES NO SUGAR NO FLOUR
- 1 cup Sugar Free Peanut Butter
- ¾ cup Splenda
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
- 3 tsp Kosher Salt
INSTRUCTIONS For Chocolate Chip COOKIES NO SUGAR NO FLOUR
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees and line two baking pans with parchment paper.
- In a medium to large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and sugar alternative.
- Then mix in the baking soda, vanilla extract, and egg. Next, fold in the chocolate chunks.
- To drop the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheets, use a scoop or a tablespoon.
- Make sure to leave enough space between the cookies for them to spread.
- Dust with kosher salt. Bake the cookies for 12-14 minutes, or until done.
Recipe Notes:
you Do not need to use peanut butter in this recipe. Almond butter will suffice in this recipe. Most other nut butters should work fine, as long as they made from nuts of course.

I would never eat sugar free chocolate chips. I get bad diarrhea from that. To me it’s just worth it to use the real stuff.
Why two lists of ingredients that are different and one mixing that is for the peanut butter one?
I Don’t want those, I want the first list w/ripe bananas & applesauce. This was disappointing. Too many ads make it confusing. It isn’t explained or is it missing?
