Ingredients

1 cup tahini

½ cup honey or maple syrup

2 cups desiccated coconut

Instructions

Step 1: Mix Wet Ingredients

In a bowl, whisk together tahini, honey, vanilla, and salt until smooth.

Step 2: Add Coconut

Stir in desiccated coconut until thick and well combined.
Fold in any optional add-ins.

Step 3: Press into Pan

Line a small square pan with baking paper.
Press mixture firmly into the pan, smoothing the top.

Step 4: Chill

Refrigerate for 30 minutes until set.

Step 5: Slice

Lift out and cut into bars or squares.
