Ingredients:

1 cup strawberries, sliced

1 cup grapes, halved

1 cup pineapple chunks

1 cup apple, diced

1 banana, sliced

1 cup orange segments (optional)

1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt (you can use Greek yogurt for extra creaminess)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon lemon or lime juice (to keep fruit fresh and add zing)

Optional: a handful of chopped nuts (walnuts, almonds) or shredded coconut for crunch

Instructions:

Prepare the fruit: Wash and cut all the fruits as needed. Place them in a large mixing bowl.

Make the dressing: In a separate bowl, mix yogurt, honey, and lemon juice until smooth.

Combine: Pour the creamy dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat all pieces evenly.

Chill: Refrigerate the salad for at least 30 minutes before serving so flavors meld and it’s nice and cool.
