Instructions

1. Prepare & Cook the Chicken:

1. Slice large chicken breasts in half lengthwise to create thinner cutlets.

2. Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

4. Sear chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
