Creamy Dressing

In another bowl whisk egg and buttermilk.

Dip chicken strips into the wet mixture then coat in flour mixture.

Fry in hot oil 170–180°C for 5–6 minutes until golden and cooked through.

Place on paper towels to remove excess oil.

In a small bowl combine:

honey

garlic powder

Mix well until smooth and creamy.
