Ingredients
For the Crispy Chicken
2 large chicken breasts (cut into strips)
1 cup all-purpose flour

1 egg

Creamy Dressing
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp honey
½ tsp garlic powder

Instructions
Prepare the Fries
Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
Toss fries with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, and salt.
Spread on a baking tray in a single layer.
Bake 20–25 minutes until golden and crispy.
(If frying, cook in hot oil at 180°C until crisp.)
Prepare the Crispy Chicken
In a bowl mix flour, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
In another bowl whisk egg and buttermilk.
Dip chicken strips into the wet mixture then coat in flour mixture.
Fry in hot oil 170–180°C for 5–6 minutes until golden and cooked through.
Place on paper towels to remove excess oil.
Prepare the Dressing
In a small bowl combine:
mayonnaise
sour cream
lemon juice
mustard
honey
garlic powder
Mix well until smooth and creamy.
Assemble the Salad Bowl
Add lettuce to large bowls.
Arrange tomatoes, cucumber, onion, corn, and avocado.
Add warm crispy fries on top.
Place crispy chicken strips over the fries.
Sprinkle cheese, bacon bits, green onions, and parsley.
