6–8 spring roll wrappers or phyllo sheets

1 egg, beaten

For the Garlic Honey Drizzle

¼ cup honey

1 small garlic clove, finely grated

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

1. Prepare the Feta Rolls

Cut feta into sticks about 1 inch thick.

Repeat with remaining feta.
