 Lemon Butter Sauce

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest (optional)
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

 Instructions

1. Prepare Fish

  • Pat fish dry
  • Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder
