Cheese & Assembly

6 small flour or corn tortillas

Instructions

1️⃣ Crispy Potatoes

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat

Add potatoes, salt, pepper, and paprika

Cook 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and crispy

Set aside

2️⃣ Soft Scrambled Eggs

Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper
