SERVINGS: 6
Ingredients:
- Four skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- four 2-inch-cut russet potatoes
- two cups baby carrots
- 1 packet of mix ranch dry dressing
- 1 can (10 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
Instructions:
- Combine the cream of chicken soup, milk, and ranch dressing mix in a small bowl.
- In the crock cooker, add the chicken, potatoes, and carrots. Top these ingredients in the crock pot with the sauce.
- Cook, covered, for 6–8 hours on low or 3–4 hours on high.
- Spoon the sauce over the chicken, potatoes, and carrots before serving. Have fun!
Note:
*If you would rather, you can instead use three ordinary carrots, peeled and cut into large chunks, in place of the baby carrots.
*Instead of using cream of chicken soup, any cream soup would be excellent in this recipe.
*Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to five days in an airtight container.
Tip:
Take the chicken and veggies out of the crock pot if the sauce seems to separate after the chicken is done. Mixing the sauce together ought to address the issue.
The chicken can then be placed back into the slow cooker.
