800 g beef chuck roast

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 small onion, sliced

1 red bell pepper, sliced

Salt & black pepper

Bowl Base

2 cups cooked brown rice or quinoa

1 cup roasted zucchini or broccoli

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
