Ingredients for pancake dough

  1. Melt 50 g of butter and 600 g of milk
  2.  250 g of wheat flour
  3.  3 eggs
  4.  1 pinch of salt

Directions:

  1. Combine all components. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat after lightly greasing it with butter. Ladle ladlefuls of the cake pancake batter into the pan. Fry until the edges turn golden brown, two to three minutes. Turn the pancake over carefully to the other side after the dough has hardened.
  2. Fry for a  minute.

Stuffing:

  1.  250 g fresh or frozen spinach
  2.  2 tablespoons of oil
  3.  Finely chop 1 onion
  4.  3 cloves of garlic pressed through a press
  5.  Salt, pepper to taste
  6.  100g feta cheese

Method:

Add the spinach and sauté until the water evaporates after frying the onions and garlic in oil. Add pepper and salt for seasoning. Stir in feta. After spreading the filling over the pancakes (I cooked mine in a dry frying pan), assemble them and serve them with salad. Yoghurt can also be poured over it.
