Easy Air Fryer Pizza Roll-Ups
These crispy, cheesy air fryer pizza roll-ups are a quick and delicious snack or meal! Made with tortillas, cheese, pepperoni, and pizza sauce, they come together in just minutes. Perfect for kids, parties, or an easy weeknight meal.
Ingredients
4 small or medium flour tortillas
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
12-16 pepperoni slices (or any preferred toppings)
½ cup pizza sauce + extra for dipping
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat Air Fryer
Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and let it preheat for a couple of minutes.
2. Assemble the Roll-Ups
Lay a tortilla flat and spread about 1-2 tablespoons of pizza sauce over it.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly.
Add 3-4 slices of pepperoni (or your favorite toppings).
Sprinkle a little Italian seasoning for extra flavor.
3. Roll Them Up
Tightly roll the tortilla from one side to the other, keeping the filling secure.
