Instructions
Step 1: Prepare Meat Mixture
In a bowl, combine ground meat, onion, tomato, tomato paste, pepper paste, garlic, parsley, spices, salt, and pepper.
Mix well until fully combined and spreadable.
Step 2: Prepare Flatbreads
Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
Cut flatbreads into small rounds or squares.
Lightly brush with olive oil.
Step 3: Assemble Mini Lahmacun
Spread a thin layer of meat mixture on each flatbread piece.
