Instructions

1. Prepare Ingredients:

Shred the cabbage, slice the onion, and mince the garlic.

Beat the eggs in a small bowl with a pinch of salt.

2. Cook the Eggs:

Heat ½ tablespoon oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.

Pour in the beaten eggs and scramble until just set.

Remove eggs from the pan and set aside.
