Enjoy these Healthier Baked French Fries!

INGREDIENTS:

– 2 Potatoes (peeled and cut into pieces)

– Cold water (for soaking)

– Olive oil

– 0.5 tbsp Flour

– 1 tsp Paprika

– 0.5 tsp Salt 

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Peel and cut the potatoes into pieces.

2. Place the potato pieces in cold water, wash, and let them soak for 10 minutes.

3. Drain and dry the potatoes.

4. In a bowl, mix potatoes with olive oil, flour, paprika, and salt.

5. Spread the coated potato pieces on a baking sheet.

6. Bake at 200°C (392°F) for 20 minutes or until crispy.

 For Cheese Dip:

– 2.5 tbsp Milk

– 5g Butter

– 40g Cheese

– Salt to taste

1. Melt butter, milk, and cheese in the microwave.

2. Stir and let it cool down.

3. Add salt to taste.
