2 ripe avocados, diced

1 medium tomato, diced

¼ cup red onion, finely chopped

¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Juice of 1 lime

Instructions

Marinate Chicken:

In a bowl, whisk olive oil, lime juice & zest, garlic, chili powder, paprika, cumin, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
